Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across the United States.
This delivery window includes both order processing (handling) and shipping transit time.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors outside of our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or severe weather.

Shipping Costs (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate on orders under $99.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders $99 and above.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship through FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking numbers are activated within 24 hours, and you can monitor your shipment online anytime.
