HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply select your product from the drop-down menu on the product page, then click the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We will prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. You can easily track your order.
What is your return timeframe?
We accept returns within 30 days. Please read our Return & Refund Policy and contact us before returning an item.
When will I get my refund?
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Who will bear the return shipping cost?
You have to provide the return shipping cost until our product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.
What is your restocking fee?
We don't charge any restocking fee on our products.
What should I do if my product is damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at albert@detectorhero.com with photos of the damaged item Your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

How to Request an Exchange:

- Follow the return process for the original item. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new product.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours/1 day. Please let us know If you want to cancel your order. Remember, after 24 hours, you have to accept the product and follow the return process.
