Nokta Legend 2: Multi-Frequency Performance for Land and Water

Built on the proven Nokta Legend Next Generation platform, the Nokta Legend 2 adds power and ease of use for detectorists looking for versatile performance across varied terrain. Its advanced Simultaneous Multi-Frequency (SMF) engine, expanded 1–99 Target ID scale, and new LD coil series support target separation and detection depth when searching for coins, relics, jewelry, or small gold nuggets.

Features and Capabilities

• Advanced multi-frequency power: Updated simultaneous multi-frequency software provides target separation and depth in mineralized soils, saltwater beaches, and challenging relic fields.
• Expanded Target ID (1–99): The broader numeric scale offers more detail to help distinguish potential finds from unwanted targets.
• FerroCheck™ trash filter: A dedicated on-screen meter helps assess ferrous and non-ferrous targets.
• Target ID in Pinpoint mode: See the target ID while pinpointing for added accuracy, a feature not available on the original Legend.
• Seven audio tone options: Customize tone breaks and audio profiles to suit your detecting style.
• LD coil family: The LD28 (11-inch) and LD21 (8.5-inch) coils provide versatile coverage. The optional LD38 (15-inch) is designed for maximum depth and efficiency across open ground.
• Lightweight, ergonomic design: At approximately 2.6 lb and 25 inches when collapsed, the detector is easier to swing on long hunts and compact to transport.
• Longer battery life: An upgraded internal rechargeable battery supports more time in the field; an optional external waterproof battery is also available.
• Wireless audio: Bluetooth® low-latency headphones are included, with audio designed for clear sound and no lag.
• Waterproof construction: The detector is submersible for underwater detecting, with an expected depth of up to 3 m (10 ft), making it suitable for rivers, lakes, and surf hunting.

What Sets It Apart from the Legend Next Generation?

Compared with the Legend Next Generation, the Legend 2 features an updated multi-frequency engine, FerroCheck, a wider ID scale, additional tone options, Target ID visibility while pinpointing, a redesigned lightweight shaft, and wireless headphones included as standard. It is positioned to compete with premium detectors such as the Minelab Equinox and Minelab Manticore.

Designed for Different Types of Detecting

• Coins and relics: Search parks, fields, and historic sites with iron separation.
• Beaches and saltwater: Stable performance in wet sand and surf.
• Gold prospecting: 20 kHz and 40 kHz frequency options help detect small nuggets.
• All-terrain treasure hunting: A detector designed for use on land and in water.
